Refund Policy

At U’WA Café, we place great importance on the quality of our products and customer satisfaction. However, if you receive a damaged package, please follow the conditions below to request a refund.

Refund Conditions:

– You have a maximum of 15 days after receiving your order to request a refund.
– Refunds will only be granted if the package is damaged upon receipt.
– Any opened or used package is not eligible for a refund.
– Damages must be reported by email to: contact@uwacafe.com, including photos of the damaged package and the relevant order number.

No Right of Withdrawal:

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to food products that can deteriorate quickly. As our coffees are perishable goods, no withdrawal is possible after delivery, except in the case of a damaged product.

Processing Requests:

– After receiving and verifying your request, we will confirm by email whether your refund is approved.
– If your request is accepted, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases:

– Opened or partially consumed packages.
– Claims made more than 7 days after receiving the order.
– Dissatisfaction due to taste or personal preference
