FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

About Our Coffees

Where do your coffees come from?
All our coffees come directly from Colombia. They are grown at high altitudes, hand-harvested, and carefully processed by partner producers committed to sustainable agriculture.
A specialty coffee is rated above 80/100 by certified cuppers. We choose to offer you coffees that score at least 85. They are traceable, of superior quality, and reflect both the terroir and the producer’s craftsmanship.
We offer several exceptional Colombian varieties: Gesha, Bourbon Rojo, Bourbon Rosado, Typica, and Caturra. Each coffee has its own unique aromatic profile.
All our coffees come from organic farming. We prioritize producers who follow environmentally friendly practices.

Our Commitments & Values

Do you work directly with producers?
Yes, we work in a short supply chain directly with Colombian producers.
Our coffees are roasted in small batches using artisanal methods to preserve their aromas. Each roast profile is tailored to the specific variety.
The U’wa are an Indigenous people of Colombia. Our brand honors their values: connection to the land, respect for life, and a strong identity. We aim to reflect this ethic in every cup.
