Finca La Aurora was acquired three years ago by the Echeverry family, in the municipality of Palestina, in the heart of Huila. This lot of coffee, grown at 2000 meters altitude, is the very first harvest from this new plantation.
It is a heartfelt project: dedicated to their daughter, this lot was entrusted to her for full responsibility. Since the coffee trees were planted, she has been managing the farm’s day-to-day operations. This decision reflects a strong desire: to promote generational renewal in the Colombian coffee world.
Through this coffee, the family aims to show that agriculture can offer an exciting and sustainable future for young people. The La Aurora project is a symbol of hope, heritage, and love for the land, cultivated with care and passion by a new generation ready to write its own story.
