TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Article 1 \u2013 Purpose<\/span>
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the sale of products and services offered by U\u2019WA, a brand specialized in Colombian specialty coffee, through its website www.uwacafe.com<\/p>

Article 2 \u2013 Products<\/span>
U\u2019WA offers the sale of specialty coffee, as well as quarterly subscriptions with a 3\u2011month commitment, automatically renewable. Each coffee is carefully selected, artisanally roasted, and delivered within mainland France. <\/p>

Article 3 \u2013 Prices<\/span>
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT included). U\u2019WA reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products are invoiced according to the rates in effect at the time the order is placed. <\/p>

Article 4 \u2013 Orders<\/span>
Orders are placed exclusively online through the website www.uwacafe.com. Any order confirmation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS). <\/p>

Article 5 \u2013 Payment<\/span>
Payment for orders is made by credit or debit card through a secure payment platform. Subscriptions are paid in a single payment for a duration of 3 months and are automatically renewable. <\/p>

Article 6 \u2013 Subscriptions<\/span>
6.1 \u2013 Proposed Plan<\/span>
U\u2019WA offers a single subscription plan with a renewable 3\u2011month commitment. Customers can choose from various formats (500 g, 750 g, 1 kg), each including a curated selection of coffees, a fixed price, and possible gifts. Shipping is included. <\/p>

6.2 \u2013 Renewal and Cancellation<\/span>
The subscription is automatically renewed every 3 months unless otherwise requested by the customer.
Cancellation may be requested at any time by email at contact@uwacafe.com, but it will only take effect at the end of the current 3\u2011month period.
Any period that has begun is due in full. No refunds will be issued for early cancellation. <\/p>

Article 7 \u2013 Delivery<\/span>
Deliveries are made to the customer\u2019s home or to a pickup point. Delivery times are indicative and are generally between 3 and 7 business days. <\/p>

Article 8 \u2013 Right of Withdrawal<\/span>
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, perishable products such as coffee are not subject to the right of withdrawal. No returns will be accepted once the packages have been opened. <\/p>

Article 9 \u2013 Liability<\/span>
U\u2019WA shall not be held liable for failure to fulfill the contract in cases of force majeure, stock shortages, or transportation issues.<\/p>

The personal data collected is used exclusively for order management and customer relations. It is never sold to third parties. In accordance with applicable legislation, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your personal data. <\/p>

Article 12 \u2013 Disputes<\/span>
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
